The Metro Realtors Federal Credit Union is a nonprofit, cooperative financial institution owned and run by its members. Organized to serve, democratically controlled credit unions provide their members with a safe place to save and borrow at reasonable rates. Members pool their funds to make loans to one another. The volunteer board that runs each credit union is elected by the members.

One-Time Passcode (OTP) Enablement

We are enhancing the security of your online transactions on May 1^st, 2025. One-time passcodes sent to your phone or email for transactions that exhibit higher levels of risk will now include more transparent, detailed information to help you better verify purchases.

Please become familiar with the new one-time passcode experiences (via text and/or email) below that now include merchant and purchase amount:

This change is part of our efforts to better protect your transactions and provide a modern experience. As a reminder, one-time passcodes are personal and unique to your online transaction. Never share it with anyone who calls you, texts you or emails you to ask for the code. Keep in mind that MRFCU will never ask you to share a one-time passcode with them.
